  REGOLAMENTO DI ACCESSO ALLO STADIO DELLA CANOA

• E’ sempre necessario prenotare le giornate di allenamento comunicando l’ora prevista di arrivo allo Stadio.
• Gli atleti minorenni possono utilizzare gli impianti dell’Ivrea Canoa Club solo se accompagnati da un tecnico o da un altro atleta maggiorenne che si assume la responsabilità della sua sicurezza.
• L’Ivrea Canoa Club organizzerà al meglio gli allenamenti degli ospiti tenendo presenti le esigenze comunicate in fase di prenotazione. Tuttavia, per motivi eccezionali, variazioni agli orari già comunicati saranno possibili sino a 24 ore prima della data di inizio degli allenamenti.
• In occasione dell’accredito viene consegnato un pettorale contrassegnato da un numero che identifica l’ospite, da indossare obbligatoriamente durante le discese e da restituire al termine.
• Se richiesto è possibile valersi degli spogliatoi dello Stadio e dei relativi servizi (WC e docce). In tal caso viene fornita una chiave per l’apertura della porta di ingresso che gli utilizzatori sono invitati a richiudere sempre. I locali NON sono presidiati, pertanto l’Ivrea Canoa Club non può essere ritenuto responsabile per eventuali furti.
• L’abbigliamento bagnato deve essere lasciato all’esterno degli spogliatoi dove non è consentito introdurre attrezzature diverse dall’abbigliamento personale e/o abbandonare abiti e oggetti.
• I canoisti devono aver valutato le difficoltà del percorso e, con la richiesta di accedere al canale, dichiarano di essere in grado di percorrerlo e di auto-salvarsi in caso di rovesciamento ed assicurano di rispettare con rigore tutte le norme di sicurezza e di soccorso previste dai codici della F.I.C.K.
• Gli atleti e gli allenatori possono ridisegnare il percorso di slalom spostando le porte dalla posizione in cui le hanno trovate, ma solo in accordo con le altre squadre presenti nel medesimo orario.
• Gli atleti possono depositare le loro imbarcazioni sulle apposite strutture presenti all’interno del club. E’ vietato abbandonare attrezzature nei giardini del parco dello Stadio.
• Gli ospiti e i loro familiari devono aver rispetto per gli impianti, per le attrezzature, per i locali e per le aree verdi.
• I partecipanti autorizzano l’Ivrea Canoa Club all’utilizzo dei loro dati personali, acquisiti esclusivamente per fini amministrativi. Autorizzano altresì le riprese dei loro allenamenti,  in foto o video, per utilizzi promozionali e non commerciali.
  

  RULES TO USE THE KAYAK STADIUM

•  It is required to reserve training days and to communicate the estimated time of arrival to the Stadium.
• Underage athletes can use the club’s facilities only if accompanied by a coach or another adult athlete who assumes responsibility for their safety.
• Ivrea Canoa Club will schedule the training sessions of the guests trying to accomodate the needs communicated during the booking phase. However, for exceptional reasons, the Club reserve the right to communicate changes to the already reserved time slots up to 24 hours before the beginning of the training sessions.
• When checking in, the athletes will be provided with a bib (marked with a number that identifies the guest). It is compulsory to wear the bib during the descents and must be returned at the end of the stay.
• Upon request, it is possible to use the changing rooms of the club and the related services (toilets and showers). In this case a key will be provided to open the entrance door and the guests have the responsibility to always lock the door after themselves. The premises are NOT manned, so the Ivrea Canoa Club cannot be held responsible for any thefts.
• Wet clothing must be left outside the changing rooms to dry. It’s not allowed to leave any personal items other than clothes in the changing rooms.
• The athletes have to evaluate the difficulties of the training course and, with the request to access the canal, they declare that they are able to travel it and self-save in the event of an overturning and ensure that they strictly comply with all the safety and rescue rules provided for by the FICK codes.
• Athletes and coaches can redesign the slalom course by moving the gates from the position they found them, but they must agree with the other teams present at the same time.
• Athletes can leave their kayaks on the supports inside the club. It is forbidden to leave any equipment in the Stadium gardens.
• Guests and their families should take care of the facilities, equipment and green areas.
• Guests authorise the Ivrea Canoa Club to use their personal data for administrative purposes. They also authorise the recording of their trainings (photos or videos) for promotional and non-commercial uses.
